01 · Ownership
Upon signing, Charlotte Morningstar's soul became bound to Valentino's contractual possession.
The agreement grants Valentino authority over her contracted labor, performances, likeness, public image, and manufactured stage persona.
Valentino considers the contract to extend beyond Charlotte's professional identity, asserting ownership over the person bound within it.
02 · Service
Charlotte shall fulfill assignments, appearances, performances, productions, and other services demanded by Valentino under the terms of the contract.
Her role as Velvet Mange exists as part of this obligation.
03 · Royal Status & Duties
Charlotte retains her title, royal status, and ability to perform her duties as Princess of Hell, with permission.
Her affiliation with the Hazbin Hotel may also be retained; however, such duties do not supersede Valentino's contractual demands.
Where her obligations conflict, Valentino asserts priority through the contract.
04 · Obedience
Charlotte is contractually bound to obey commands issued by Valentino within the scope of his claimed authority over her.
Refusal, defiance, or unauthorized attempts to resist the contract may trigger its enforcement mechanisms and the penalties attached to her soul.
05 · Name & Identity
Valentino possesses contractual control over Charlotte Morningstar's true name.
Charlotte may not freely invoke or use her original name without his permission.
The name Velvet Mange serves as her permitted stage identity and manufactured public persona.
Valentino may grant temporary or limited permission for Charlotte to use her original name under circumstances of his choosing.
Such permission does not constitute relinquishment of ownership or release from the contract.
06 · Image, Likeness & Persona
Valentino possesses permanent contractual rights over Charlotte's recorded image, voice, performances, likeness, and stage persona created or developed under the agreement.
The identity of Velvet Mange is considered part of the entertainment property produced through the contract.
07 · Contractual Bond
The contract cannot be voluntarily terminated by Charlotte.
She cannot simply renounce it, abandon her stage identity, or leave Valentino's service without authorization.
The transformation from Charlotte Morningstar into Velvet Mange does not alter or nullify the binding nature of the agreement.
08 · Release
Release from the contract is restricted and cannot be initiated solely by Charlotte.
Valentino may voluntarily relinquish his claim, or the contract may potentially be altered, destroyed, transferred, or otherwise invalidated through means recognized by sufficiently powerful authority or applicable Infernal law.
The exact conditions under which such a release may occur remain uncertain.
09 · Substitution
Valentino has established that another individual may potentially take Charlotte's place under circumstances comparable to the bargain that originally placed her under contract.
This principle remains untested and is subject to Valentino's approval and the actual mechanics of the contract.
10 · Breach & Enforcement
Any unauthorized attempt to destroy, circumvent, escape, or otherwise invalidate the contract constitutes a breach.
The contract may respond through its supernatural enforcement mechanisms, allowing Valentino to exercise the authority granted to him over the bound soul.
Charlotte's resistance does not automatically constitute freedom from the contract.
Her ability to say no, seek protection, maintain friendships, or assert aspects of her identity exists in tension with the contract rather than automatically overriding it.
"The Princess may retain her crown, her title, and her duties. But beneath them all, her body, soul and name remains bound to Valentino."
